Education and Privacy Policy (Unified Policy Statement)
Effective Date: January 2, 2026
Future Path Education (“FPE,” “the Institution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a post-secondary education provider offering non-degree academic and professional learning programs to adult learners through fully online delivery. This unified policy establishes the principles governing instructional delivery, assessment, academic integrity, quality assurance, and the collection, use, and protection of personal information. FPE is committed to providing education that is academically sound, outcomes-driven, transparent, accessible, and secure for learners worldwide.
FPE offers non-degree credentials, including Academic Certificate programs and Academic Certification (discipline-level mastery validation). FPE does not presently award academic degrees. Any future degree offerings will be clearly disclosed and offered only upon receipt of appropriate authorization and accreditation. Completion of non-degree credentials does not guarantee academic credit transfer or acceptance by other institutions.
All FPE programs are delivered fully online, are self-paced, and operate under a Competency-Based Education (CBE) model. Learner progression is based on demonstrated mastery of defined learning outcomes rather than time spent in study. Learners may advance at their own pace, and program completion is contingent upon successful assessment. Programs are designed and reviewed by qualified subject matter experts and aligned to clearly articulated learning outcomes.
An Academic Certificate is awarded upon successful completion of a structured program of academic study within a defined discipline. Academic Certificate programs are curriculum-based and outcomes-mapped, emphasize academic knowledge, conceptual understanding, and applied reasoning, and are evaluated through secure, proctored online examinations using objective multiple-choice question (MCQ) assessments aligned to program learning outcomes.
Academic Certification represents a summative validation of comprehensive mastery within a discipline. It is earned by passing a single cumulative master examination that assesses one hundred percent (100%) of the learning outcomes of the corresponding Academic Certificate. The examination is delivered online using secure remote proctoring, has a duration of approximately three and one-half (3.5) to four (4) hours, and consists of approximately one hundred eighty (180) to two hundred (200) multiple-choice questions. Academic Certification is distinct from coursework completion and serves as formal verification of discipline-level mastery.
FPE employs standardized, objective, and integrity-controlled assessment methods, including secure online examination platforms, identity verification, remote proctoring, objective MCQ-based examinations, and direct alignment between assessment items and published learning outcomes. FPE maintains strict academic integrity standards. Prohibited conduct includes identity misrepresentation, use of unauthorized materials or assistance, and circumvention of proctoring controls. Violations may result in invalidation of assessment results, denial of credentials, or other administrative action.
FPE maintains a continuous improvement process that includes periodic review of assessment performance data, program effectiveness indicators, and curriculum relevance. Findings are used to enhance instructional quality, assessment validity, and learner outcomes.
FPE provides educational services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, or any other status protected under applicable law.
FPE maintains a formal Learner Complaints and Grievance Policy designed to ensure fair, timely, and impartial resolution of learner concerns. Information regarding the complaints process, including submission procedures and response timelines, is published separately in the Student & faculty handbooks and is available to learners upon request.
FPE is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who visit FuturePathEd.com or engage with FPE’s educational services. FPE may collect personal information (such as name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, national identification details, and enrollment or inquiry details), educational records (including program enrollment data, assessment results, and credential status), and technical information (including IP address, browser and device information, and website usage data such as cookies and analytics). We DO NOT sell your private information to 3rd parties.
Information collected is used to respond to inquiries and process enrollments, deliver self-paced online educational services, administer assessments and credentials, maintain learner records, improve website functionality and user experience, and satisfy legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
FPE may use cookies and third-party analytics tools to analyze website usage and improve services. Users may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings. FPE may share information with authorized service providers (such as learning management systems and online proctoring services) solely for operational purposes. FPE does not sell your personal information.
Information may be disclosed only to authorized service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, accreditation or regulatory bodies when required, or government or legal authorities when legally obligated.
FPE employs reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and educational information, including secure systems, role-based access controls, and encrypted data transmission where applicable.
Learner records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following program completion, or longer where required by law or accreditation standards.
FPE serves learners globally. Use of the website or services constitutes consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with this policy, including cross-border data transfers where applicable.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, where permissible and consistent with academic record-keeping requirements.
FPE does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
This unified Education and Privacy Policy may be amended periodically. Updates will be posted on the FPE website with a revised effective date.
