After years of experience teaching thousands of students over many years, we realized that the busy work and structured formats of most modern education systems with the Professor as the lecturer "sage on the stage," are broken and outdated.
Our programs are self-paced, no busy work, no written papers. Instead, we use a format similar to that of most highly regarded professional certifying and licensing bodies around the world. The entire content is composed of multiple-choice quizzes and exams that require passing with competency to scaffold to the next set of materials. The learner can retake the exams as many times as necessary to gain competency which is a minimum of 85% for each exam or quiz. Our programs are pass or fail, no letter grading.
